TCG Light

TCG Light is a lighting design service working with clients from concept, and planning through to design and construction.

TCG Light works hand in hand with our clients to amplify their lighting vision.

Depending on the project, our designs provide task specific, functional lighting while considering the user experience and comfort. There is an increasing awareness of how light affects our mood and general wellbeing in the workplace the education environments. The term human-centric lighting (HCL) describes how we design light to best work with our natural circadian rhythm, by changing colour temperature and light intensity throughout the day. We have a strong focus on sustainability and promote local design and manufacturing whenever we can.

Lindsay Pemberton brings over 10 years of lighting design experience, more recently 5 years as a successful lighting consultant at the Inlite Melbourne office. Lindsay has worked with multiple award winning architects to achieve their lighting design vision and prides herself on strong collaboration with her clients, colleagues and industry partners.

TCG Light Product Design.

Sometimes there isn’t a fitting available that fits our client’s vision. This was the case in the two-story main foyer space at the Marian College Learning Centre so we designed our own.

TCG in collaborated with MINX Architects and a lighting supplier we were able to bring light to their vision with what we in the office call the “lightsaber”. While being a detective provides a practical lighting solution for the multi-functional flexible learning space.
